Therapy with you at the center
We know how hard it can be to take steps towards getting the support you deserve. This space is for you.
We offer individual therapy, couples therapy, and group therapy.
Located on Belmont and 18th Street NW in Adams Morgan, our Washington DC-based practice specializes in supporting people from historically marginalized communities. While all are welcome, our emphasis is on working with clients who are:
Female-identifying
Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC)
LGBTQIA+, polyamarous, and ENM community members
Survivors of trauma and power-based violence
Clients with chronic illnesses, health conditions, or impairments
Many of our clients have become all too familiar with the invalidation of their lived experiences and suppression of the unique challenges that come with their identities. We know that therapy does not exist in a vacuum, therefore, our work incorporates a deep understanding of how intersecting identities may leave our clients feeling disconnected and vulnerable.
Our approach centers the experience of historically marginalized communities and challenges the oppressive systems that impact their lives. Our ultimate goal is to walk alongside you and develop a safe relationship where your needs and experiences are met with care and understanding.
